Home Depot Services Contact Center Sales Associate - Windows Recovery in Atlanta, Georgia
Services Sales Recovery Consultants are responsible for recovering lost opportunity with The Home Depot’s do-it-for-me services to clients via telephone. Services Sales Recovery Consultant spends the majority of their time on the telephone processing inbound/outbound calls and engage in professional telephone presentations with customers. While on the telephone with customers, Services Sales Recovery Consultant assess customers’ needs, make recommendations that fulfill these needs, develop rapport, overcome objections and present information and alternate financing options. Services Sales Recovery Consultant generate revenue for the business.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
20% - Provides excellent customer service and satisfaction from their order process and appointment setting from start to finish.
20% - Addresses customer, service provider and Home Depot associate issues in a timely manner
40% - Calls Customers to review products and set appointments.
20% - Works with Home Depot Associates and service providers to coordinate sales and appointment completion

This position reports to Contact Center Supervisor.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Associate Degree is preferred.
Two years of experience is preferred.
