Bank of America Sr. Treasury Solutions Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description:

The Sr. Treasury Solutions Analyst (Sr. TSA) is responsible for facilitating a direct end to end treasury relationship (sale through implementation). Functions may include: assisting in designing and delivering integrated TM solutions consisting of multiple products across multiple jurisdictions and regions; assisting the Treasury Solutions Officer (TSO) in managing a complex client portfolio with sophisticated global treasury needs; conferring with TSO, Client Manager, and/or Product Management regarding non-standard pricing and negotiation (with or without TSO); primary responsibility for coordination of complex RFP processes together with the TSO/Client Manager (CM); preparing presentation documents and assisting in relationship planning, gathering information regarding prospects and updating plan as needed; utilizing technical knowledge to run pricing/cost benefit models; performing a variety of administrative functions to include preparing schematics, proposal documents, packages, and presentation; acting as SMEs for national / regional initiatives and assisting TSA Peers by partnering and trouble shooting treasury related escalations; Backs up TSSM


  • Exposure to treasury management products and services is preferred; prior treasury sales support experience preferred.

  • Exposure to International products and services preferred.

  • Time Management - Skilled in prioritizing tasks and recognizing importance of risk mitigation.

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, to work with varied business partners.

  • Commitment to the highest standard of customer service.

  • Strong organizational and partnering skills.

  • Experience in preparation of RFP responses and Best and Final Presentations.

  • Skilled in using PC applications including Excel, Word PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
