Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Staff 1, Deloitte Consulting Platforms, Organic Platforms in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Designing, architecting, developing, releasing, operating and maintaining cloud-based software and advanced analytics products created from ideas generated within the Deloitte organization. Writing code, building integration tools, testing software products, packaging application for pre-deployment staging, performing configuration, monitoring application performance and providing support for end user experience. Creating test cases and performing functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box and end-to-end testing of software applications. Providing solution development and application architecture. Performing business process analysis, mapping and design. Translating system requirements into functional design, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques. Creating screen mockups and UI storyboards, and conducting sessions to finalize system design. Researching user reported issues with web-based applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development. Researching, developing and documenting business architecture deliverables, including context diagrams, capability maps, user story inventory, detailed user stories, personas, demo storyboards and business requirements for mobile applications and responsive web applications using templates and Jira and/or BluePrint. Conducting internal journey mapping sessions (gap analysis) to understand current-state user experience for the design of future visions of mobile applications and responsive web applications. Collaborating with designers to create UX (user experience) designs that meet business needs. Creating and prioritizing releases and product backlogs. Assessing change request feasibility and available options using issue and product tracking tools. Presenting risks to delivery based on change requests to stakeholders and SMEs. Reviewing requirements and testing plans with Quality Management teams and providing support in prioritizing and closing defects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Researching, developing and documenting business architecture deliverables, including context diagrams, capability maps, user story inventory, detailed user stories, personas, demo storyboards and business requirements for mobile applications and responsive web applications using templates and Jira and/or BluePrint;

  • Conducting internal journey mapping sessions (gap analysis) to understand current-state user experience for the design of future visions of mobile applications and responsive web applications;

  • Collaborating with designers to create UX (user experience) designs that meet business needs;

  • Creating and prioritizing releases and product backlogs;

  • Assessing change request feasibility and available options using issue and product tracking tools;

  • Presenting risks to delivery based on change requests to stakeholders and SMEs;

  • Reviewing requirements and testing plans with Quality Management teams and providing support in prioritizing and closing defects.

  • 15% travel required.
