Here’s a little more about what you’ll do:
Managing full cycle recruiting process to meet technical staffing goals within the software engineering and development, product management and design teams.
Creating and implementing strategies to find and attract passive job seekers.
Working with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Regularly following up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process and an outstanding experience for all.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with full cycle recruiting of technical professionals in a corporate or agency environment.
Boolean search knowledge.
Even better if you have
5+ years of full cycle recruiting of technical professionals in a corporate or agency environment.
Experience sourcing and screening candidates for highly complex positions in a competitive market.
Experience recruiting in SaaS or technical company.
Knowledge/basic understanding of cutting edge SaaS development technology.
Knowledge of ATS systems; ideally, experience with PeopleSoft.
Experience using social media including LinkedIn Recruiter, Twitter, Facebook to attract candidates.
