IBM Watson Customer Engagement is seeking an Intern in the Application Delivery Program Management Team responsible for specific short term cross-functional project teaming for our industry leading, cloud based Commerce solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Work directly with a cross functional team to deliver on defined short term project deliverables
Help automate, implement and optimize processes across Watson Customer Engagement
Work in an agile, collaborative environment on deliverables that impact applications delivery, security and tools for our SaaS products.
Communicate action plans, risks, project status to a broad set of stakeholders.
Contribute to department attainment of organizational objectives.
*Note: Positions are located in Atlanta, GA and Dublin, OH*
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
very strong verbal and written communication skills.
highly motivated and have a passion for working and understanding a SaaS organization and help resolve business/technical issues.
desire to participate and contribute to enhance business processes across large organizations.
ability to work in a fun and fast paced environment
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- obtaining a degree in a Technical or Business related field of study
