Job Description

Are you a self-starter, a go-getter and have experience of working with our Order Management prospects and clients? We are looking for broad skilled, multi talented, high-energy individual who shares our passion for success, and will lead our efforts to increase sales of our Order Management solutions from a sales, brand executive, and solution squad perspective. This role is a leadership position with three key elements 1. Leading, setting the vision and execution of Order Management sellers, 2. Acting as a WCE Brand Executive Sponsor on key, strategic, and other specific sales opportunities globally, 3. Program manage key projects and activities driven by the solution squads. This role is instrumental for the successful planned growth of WCE Order Management Solutions for years ahead.

Responsibility:

  • Drive, lead identified WW Order Management solution squad program initiatives.

  • Be the subject matter expert and BU focal point for all tech sales Order Management resource strategies, programs, go to market approaches, opportunities and discussions for key assigned accounts.

  • Prepare, engage and lead workshops, clinics, proof of concepts, and accounts as well as collaborate with WW and GEO peers.

  • Actively engage in solution squad strategy and discussions including readiness and game plan management at least one quarter ahead of the close date.

  • Be the expert to help win new logos and expand the WCE footprint within existing accounts. Gain support from the client teams to support our proposal and content level

  • Get customer agreement to the sequence of events to ensure inclusion and sponsorship internally and externally

  • Be a WW and GEO focal point to co-ordinate expertise, Illumination forums, SME's and other requirements as and when required to support the above.

  • Build relationships outside the WCE brand that will directly impact WCE OI, sales, and sales execution pursuits.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in order management space.

  • Established business acumen

  • Works in ethical, respectful manner to all customers and co-workers

  • Integrity, team player, responsible and professional demeanor

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Organizational skills and goal oriented

  • Problem solving and project management skills

  • Understanding of financial concepts and principles

  • Experience with order management systems, managing multiple prospective clients thru a long sales cycle required

  • Proven competencies in designing and implementing enterprise sales strategies

  • Met quota for 2 or more years in a 3 year period

  • Experience demoing systems

  • Experience selling complex solutions in the C-Suite a plus

  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record is required.

  • Understanding of financial concepts and principles

  • Healthcare sales experience

  • Proven competencies in designing and implementing enterprise sales strategies

  • Met quota for 2 or more years in a 3 year period

  • Experience demoing systems

  • Experience selling complex solutions in the C-Suite a plus

  • Clinical workflow knowledge a plus

  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record is required.
