About the role: Exciting time to join this reputable Global Leader in financial services as a Client Executive - Workplace Savings you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client relationships, primarily employers who participate in the Mercer Super Trust (MST) or who appoint Mercer as their preferred KiwiSaver provider. Core Responsibilities: Manage and grow workplace savings clients, establishing a clear understanding of the client’s needs and priorities gaining a thorough knowledge of their businesses and people strategies Develop and execute an account plan for each client to achieve client satisfaction and retention along with sales and revenue growth Act as a trusted advisor for each client, delivering advice, solutions and services which solve client issues Work as part of the wider Mercer team to ensure services and projects are delivered to meet client expectations Manage relationships, projects, and presentations to employers and their employees This role requires a high performer who is able to effectively engage with a wide range of audiences including our Senior Management team, Mercer clients and customers, and stakeholders.
