Manages sales and customer account administration as well as the monitoring, planning, and implementation of projects that support order processing activities.

Acts as liaison to market research team to ensure market analysis data is properly used for quoting prices to customers. Coordinates field support calls. Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.BA/BS degree preferred.

Summary:

The position reports directly to the Senior Director SC Planning and Analysis. The SC Planning and Analysis Team provides metrics to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the NetSuite Pre-Sales Solution Consulting (SC) organization s financial and tactical business objectives. In addition, the SC Planning and Analysis team is responsible for communicating and training the organization on metrics related business practices and processes.

Responsibilities:

Management

o Manage a team of 3-5 individuals.

o Conduct weekly 1:1s and team meetings to ensure the team understands the goals of the organization.

o Bring the team together on a quarterly basis to review metrics best practices and discuss any changes to the business that impact the team.

o Recruit and participate in the hiring process of additional team member as needed to support the organization.

Program Development and Maintenance

o Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis strategy that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Pre-Sales department s portfolio of businesses.

o Meet monthly with senior leaders to ensure the strategy of the metrics being pulled continues to match the strategy of the business.

o Audit the data that is compiled by the team and ensure that it is accurate and meets the needs of the internal stakeholders.

o Assist team with development of monthly and quarterly packages that will presented to senior leadership.

o Pull ad-hoc reports for teams as required.

o Manage and analyze highly confidential information including headcount data.

Liaison/Training

o Work with the Sales Operations team to ensure metrics that are being produced for the Sales Leaders are in line with those that are being produced for the Pre-Sales leaders.**

o Develop, communicate, and train the organization on metrics practices and processes.**



Qualifications/Skills:

Requires Bachelor s degree, or equivalent experience**

5-10 years experience performing data analysis and/or managing a team**

2-3 years in a comparable position in CRM, ERP and Ecommerce applications

Previous experience with financial planning & analysis

Previous experience working with confidential information**

Previous management or team lead experience**

Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively within a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines**

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work well in fast paced and deal with changing priorities**

Must have intermediate/advanced computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.**
