Oracle Sr. Director, Change Management in Aurora, Colorado

Work with a world class team to develop, implement, and support cutting edge Oracle technology.

Manages teams supporting and/or implementing large and/or complex multi-functional and/or multi-location projects and/or systems. Defines, documents and manages scope, expectations, implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria. Develops and manages an effective risk mitigation strategy for the project(s).

Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge. Successful track record in the specialism and as a manager. Detailed knowledge of technical and business concepts of a number of related applications areas. BA/BS degree preferred.

TheChange Management Senior Leader role will be responsible for collaborating andinfluencing various teams, enabling the broader Oracle Cloud organization toland the necessary changes needed to mature our Cloud Products andInfrastructure while ensuring we are optimizing our Customer s Experience. This role will act in a governing functionacross numerous Senior Executives, enabling them to drive theneeded changesacross our growing services.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of cloud (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)and various platforms

-{PS..0}->Prior experience in Technical Change Governance

KPI and Metrics as they apply to change, abilityto build out a dashboard or scorecard

-{PS..1}->Use of a calendar or change tracking mechanism

Previous Release, or Technical Change Managementexperience preferred

-{PS..2}->Comfortable in high pressure situations, able todemonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with JIRA preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Track technical changes within our PaaS/IaaS cloudtechnologies and products, identifying areas of opportunity to up level thequality of products through relevant KPIs and services by applying preventativemeasures.

-{PS..4}->Build respect and develop excellent partnershipwith multiple teams across Oracle Cloud, and drive the necessary alignmentneeded to run Technical Change Management at-scale.

As needed, build and maintain excellentrelationships with customers and achieve the highest level of customersatisfaction.

Document customer issues and other relevantdetails as part of the support you provide.

Coordinate, standardize, and lead Technical ChangeManagement activities ensuring best practices and governance are followed.

-{PS..7}->Identify production risks as a result of change.

Prepare statistics, KPIs and trend reports foruse in the Change Management process.

-{PS..8}->Identify problems through audits with continual focuson optimizing processes.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to refineoperating processes and procedures to deliver and restore service moreefficiently.

-{PS..9}->Coordinate, convene and facilitate change reviewmeetings.

Ensure changes progress through the Technical ChangeManagement process in a timely and prioritized fashion.

-{PS..10}->Ensure that Technical Change Managementinformation reflects accurate details, including errors and completion results.

Develop trend analysis and prepare serviceimprovement plans to address identified gaps.
