Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Oracle s startup program is looking for an Alumni Relationships Manager tosuccessfully design, lead, and manage alumni engagements globally.

Oracle s initiative with startups seeks to partner with promising businessesaround the world to create an ecosystem of innovation. We create meaningfulbusiness engagements for the builders & innovators on the Oracle cloud bytaking them to our customers, partners and product groups. Over the past yearwe expanded our accelerator program globally and this year we intend to expandto several more locations virtually.

Your primary objectives and responsibilities will be to continue nurturingstartup relationships post program across three primary tracks customerconnects, events & marketing. You will interact with various executives andteam members to implement projects and ensure milestones are met across thesethree tracks.

Critical Functions:

  • As startups graduate from the program you will manage cross-functionaloperations to ensure that the program executes smoothly.

  • Create engagements that are of value to startups, communicateeffectively and optimize processes to achieve success based on defined metrics.

  • Help customer connects team achieve the execution of Proof of Concepts,Pilots, commercial opportunities with alumni startups

  • Work closely with events and marketing teams to organize alumni events,meetups and other strategic marketing engagements

  • Management of internal stakeholdersand**a liaison between the startups and Oracle.

  • An excellent communicator in both verbal and written form.

  • You are a technology expert and understand the changing trends of aparticular industry or technology area.

  • You will be able to think big and execute in detail managing multipleprojects simultaneously.
