Assisting Client Representatives with gathering and formatting client renewal information, including (but not limited to) loss run information, exposure documents, specifications, transparency documents, proposals and premium allocations. Receiving and recording binders, policies, and endorsements while managing and recording client and carrier communications in a document repository to ensure timely follow up and review by the client team. Preparing and issuing invoices or documents for the centralized billing unit and assisting and maintaining renewal documents and reporting on open items. Coordinating issuance of proof of insurance, including Auto ID and certificates of insurance. Preparing documents in line with Excess and Surplus lines regulations. Staying current, understanding and complying with all Marsh compliance, professional and transparency standards What you need to have: 1-3 years of professional services experience. Basic computer knowledge and comfortable using the Microsoft suite. Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
