Our Client Fulfillment Supervisor opportunity will open the doors to a career with one of the leading global insurance brokerage and risk management firms – THAT’S US! You will be an essential part of our highly skilled team during the client policy renewal process. You’ll supervise and coach colleagues to ensure timely and consistent communications and process flow from the internal renewal strategy meeting through policy issuance.
To be successful in this role you should enjoy developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, managing a team in a start-up environment while collaborating directly with a larger team that will help you expand your knowledge and enhance your skills as you collectively provide outstanding service and support to clients.
What your daily responsibilities will include:
Collaborating directly with senior members of our client support team, in the distribution offices, to provide top service to our clients Managing Client Fulfillment Specialists who are assisting Client Representatives with gathering, formatting and coordinating client pre and post renewal information Working with assigned clients as a Client Fulfillment Specialist to keep in touch with client service Provide key input on design and refinement of processes supported by the Client Fulfillment Center Providing coaching and support to team members to ensure they meet or exceed service levels, quality and professional standards Collaborating with the Training & Quality team to ensure delivery of targeted training and ongoing adherence to quality metrics Ensuring the Client Fulfillment team meets service levels, measuring and analyzing team productivity, managing and prioritizing the team’s workload to ensure high quality outcomes Leading and/or participating in stakeholder engagement sessions and work in partnership with client teams to improve the client experience Overseeing the quality of communications with client facing colleagues and management Understanding and monitoring compliance with Marsh professional and transparency standards QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience:
5+ years of total work experience with 3+ years in insurance or financial services 3 years prior lead/supervisory experience preferred Knowledge and skills:
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills Strong numerical skills Excellent organization skills – able to prioritize work and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) Insurance knowledge Strong leadership qualities Marsh is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management.
