TeleTech Helpdesk/ Service Desk Associate in Austin, Texas

We are currently looking for a driven, smart, self-motivated individual with retail operations or retail management experience to work in a team environment in an external client facing capacity in support of our large enterprise customers. As part of the Service Desk team, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls and service requests from customers, documenting the requests in Service Now, performing escalations and follow up with service requests through resolution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support of customer contact center environments

  • Client connectivity / remote access tools

  • Desktop and server application support

  • Ability to work well within a team environment

  • Basic incident and change management

  • Direct customer contact through all communication methods

Skills and experience you will bring:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Prior customer service experience preferred

  • Experience working with MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities professionally

  • Ability to follow documented processes and methodologies

  • Ability to work possible shift schedules of 8-10 hours in support of a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation

  • Ability to participate in and pass Government Public Trust Clearance application requirements

  • Ability to work onsite at our office location in Austin. This is not a telecommuting or remote work opportunity.
