Work you ll do

As a Project Delivery Specialist in the Forensics and Investigations group you will:

  • Consult with case teams to effectively develop and apply technical strategies, requirements and goals in order to develop and implement project plans, including processing, hosting platform imports and document production

  • Coordinate appropriate workflow tasks including data management, processing, production and quality control

  • Work with a variety of litigation support technologies including: Relativity, Nuix, IPRO eCapture, LAW PreDiscovery, Venio, Concordance and more

  • Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals

  • Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related but not limited toOperations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management

  • Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues

  • Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Qualifications

Required:

  • Typically has 3 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases

  • Detailed planning and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of processes at each stage of eDiscovery lifecycle

  • Proficient in a wide range of technologies and be knowledgeable as to eDiscovery industry best practices including an understanding of multiple tools and processes associated with large scale complex eDiscovery response

  • Knowledge and experience with eDiscovery projects and related technologies

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence

  • Professional oral and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Law degree

  • Certification in eDiscovery program
