The Immigration Business Liaison and Strategic Initiatives Manager will serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on immigration issues for the Risk & Financial Advisory practice.
Work you ll do
The Immigration Business Liaison and Strategic Initiatives Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on Deloitte immigration processes, policies, and protocols to business leaders, talent leaders and PPMD s.
Identify immigration trends and escalate programmatic or strategic needs to Risk & Financial Advisory leaders
Provide analysis and recommendations based on data and reporting to enable strategic business decisions
Engage with functional Talent and business leaders to work through individual case or programmatic changes, and make recommendations on how to proceed based on legal guidance of outside counsel
Guide execution of immigration project activities, identify and remediate issues and risks, develop project/program status reports and metrics, and manage stakeholder expectation
Create and deliver communications to aid in the understanding of complex US immigration concepts for functional business and Talent stakeholders
Maintain an understanding of the business, markets, and service offerings within across Deloitte, including the relevant skills and specialization of the candidates and Practitioners.
Analyze and present immigration metrics to Talent and Business leadership.
The US Immigration program is part of the Talent team of Deloitte Services LP. This team provides strategic immigration services to foreign nationals who work in the U.S., immigration program compliance oversight, and training to the management, Talent Services and the employees of the Deloitte U.S. Firms.
