AECOM Marketing Production and Graphics Coordinator in Austin, Texas

The National Governments Business Line marketing team is looking for a full-time marketing / proposal production specialist to provide marketing services for proposals to environmental and architect-engineering-construction (A/E/C) industry companies. Government agency proposal experience is a plus. This position will work collaboratively within the National Governments Marketing Resource Center in Austin, TX and with internal staff to produce proposals and graphics in support of high-quality architecture, engineering, environmental, and/or construction proposals, brochures, and presentations.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
Developing concepts for document design and graphics, including organization charts, maps, flow charts, and matrices
Participating in proposal meetings and assisting with client, competitor, and subcontractor research
Formatting and editing proposal content such as executive summaries, resumes, project descriptions, and other narratives
Creating proposal covers, organization charts, diagrams, and other general marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
Working with the in-house Printshop during final production, printing, assembling, and shipping proposals
Providing other marketing services, such as for presentations, brochures, etc
Updating Salesforce CRM database, including client, opportunity, and project records
We are looking for a team player who can work with a team located across the world, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and is deadline-driven. Work will occasionally be required in the evenings or weekends to meet deadlines or to coordinate with staff in different time zones. Occasional travel may be required as well (less than 10%)
Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates degree plus 1 year of relevant experience or 3 years of relevant experience and training in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 1 year of experience directly related to preparing proposals, statements of qualifications, and other marketing materials.
Experience with government contract and task order proposals. This includes knowledge of the U.S. governmental procurement and rating processes, systems, and cycles (i.e., SF330s, FedBizOps, GSA Schedules, CPARS, past performance requirements, etc.)
Industry (AEC/environmental) experience with a range of markets (architectural, engineering, construction, infrastructure, environmental, etc.)
Ability to work fast and accurately in a fast-paced, team environment
Attention to detail balanced by an ability to see the big picture. Proactively conduct quality assurance/quality control on proposal/marketing materials through strong grammatical skills and attention to consistency and detail
Strong organizational, writing, grammatical, and time management skills.
Ability to format and produce fast and accurate documents using Word.
Some graphic software knowledge (Adobe products such as InDesign).
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail balanced by an ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in standard office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Acrobat, InDesign, and SharePoint.
Due to the nature of this work, US Citizenship is required
Experience with one or more CRM databases such as Salesforce, including adding, maintaining, and researching CRM records
Graphics creativity and advanced knowledge of graphics software
