IBM GBS is seeking Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developers who can apply their skills and knowledge throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle. The CRM Solution Developer will provide technical leadership on large and complex projects to the functional team, development team, and clients. Your job is to understand not only the technical environment, but also the functional requirements of the project. You will work primarily on project execution but may be involved in sales support as well.
Participate on or lead technical implementation team
Lead development of technical specifications based on functional specifications
Lead and develop components of the customer solution that include application enhancements, system integrations, data conversions and migrations, custom workflows, and custom reports and dashboards
Unit test code
Resolve and provide guidance on technical issues
Engage small (5+) offshore development team to complete project development work products/deliverables- management consultant will lead
Help determine and translate customer needs into a solution and approach
Contribute to proposal development
Contribute to scope, approach, and estimating input to the proposal team
Contribute to and participate in client demonstrations and presentations
Additional skills required:
Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Strong technical background on Microsoft technologies/trends

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 3 years team lead experience or management experience of 5+ team members (management consultant only)
At least 2 years project experience in enterprise business application development and delivery (e.g., CRM, ERP, SCM, HCM)
At least 1 year project implementation experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM online, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, 2015, or 2013
At least 2 years project experience using web development tools and technologies such as: ASP.Net, C#, .NET, SQL Server or similar products
At least 2 years experience working within a team environment
Basic knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile)
Basic knowledge of object oriented concepts and design as well as the ability to develop complex technical designs
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
At least 2 years consulting experience working for a global systems integrator
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
At least 1 year project experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations or Microsoft Dynamics AX 7, 2012, or 2009
At least 1 year project experience working with global and offshore project teams
Basic knowledge of the following areas:
Mobile Development (Windows 10)
Angular.js and Breeze.js
Data Migration (Scribe, SSIS)
Microsoft BizTalk (or equivalent ESB)
Microsoft SharePoint (JSOM, CSOM, REST APIs)
Microsoft BI experience (e.g., Power BI, Cortana Intelligence Suite)
Microsoft Common Data Model
