What You’ll Get to Do:
The Program Analyst I (PA) shall support a Program Manager (PM), Assistant Program Managers, and Senior Program Analysts on a range of complex program activities requiring application of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment of complex management processes, systems and mission support programs. The PA will support the execution of a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple customers. Projects typically include a mix of R&D, software development, systems integration, and customer operations support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Program manager with management of cost, risk, schedule, and performance. The PA performs tracks and analyzes actual vs. forecast cost, reports on various other financial indicators, and may provide basic earned value-type analysis.
Work with Program Manager, Project Managers and external customer personnel to track, monitor, and report on program execution (e.g., budgets, milestones, high-level/functional requirements, etc.) for successful delivery.
Track performance of efforts throughout the project lifecycle, beginning with cost proposal generation and continuing through project award, planning, requirements definition, resource/cost management, schedule management, submission of deliverables, and project closeout. Ensure all deliverables are met per the contract.
Work with Subcontractors, vendors, customers, and the internal accounting staff to supporting invoicing, as well as timesheet data entry
Provide status and financial/spend plan reports to the customer monthly, and answer as-needed customer programmatic data requests
Assist Project Managers in providing a final package of deliverable documentation at project closure
Work with PMs and technical leads on generation of cost estimates and cost proposals to sustain and grow the business
Coordinate on-site customer meetings (agenda definition, action item tracking and disposition, etc.) and support the Program Manager and Project Managers in interfacing with external customers
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Strong financial management skills
Skilled with Microsoft Office applications to maintain spreadsheets, create program documents or develop power point presentations.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Open, collaborative team player
Bachelors degree required. A degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or a related field highly preferred.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with US Department of Defense (DoD) contracting processes and requirements
Experience in development, coordination, and execution of major projects (multi-discipline, broadly scoped, etc.), especially technical programs in DoD or Intelligence Community
