Provide project controls support including cost control and scheduling for power plant and water treatment type EPC projects. This support is for the AECOM Process Technologies located in Austin, TX.

Typical projects are throughout North America and can range in value from $100,000 to $100,000,000, and can encompass all phases of project execution, including engineering, procurement and construction.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Engineering or related field of study from four-year University or college or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Requires attention to detail.
Must be able to work effectively with internal and external clients.
Available for occasional travel as needed for project meetings, site investigations, and vendor or subcontractor meetings.
Familiarity with scheduling software (Primavera) is preferred.
Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Works with the company financial systems and processes.
Familiar with earned value, scope control and change management concepts, principles and methodologies.
Works with the project team to develop and update project schedules.
Collects data and produces an initial analysis on manpower, labor hour, and labor cost requirements versus budget limitations.
Supports project reporting process as required.
Due to the nature of this work, US Citizenship is required.
5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Experience within a similar engineering and/or heavy industrial field is preferred.
