Job Description

The Project Manager at IBM is responsible for governance, alignment and visibility in the enablement of projects at IBM. Engaged in the roadmap from conception to go-live dates for various initiatives, this position requires high levels of coordination, organization and leadership skills. A quick learner, this Project Manager will ramp up deftly to become familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures related to our technology-driven projects. Working directly with the client teams and all stakeholders, the Project Manager will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 3 years working with highly-secure systems

  • At least 5 years of experience developing, planning, executing and completing multiple projects simultaneously

  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects including developing proposals, setting budgets, project planning and implementation
