What you will do:
Support system development/testing/integration/deployment activities
Develop test cases, from functional requirements to clearly convey the business users intent.
Participate in triage process, fully reproducing production issues, communicating workarounds, developing missing test scenarios and validating fixes; accurately submitting and maintaining defects in the appropriate repository.
Perform manual exploratory and acceptance testing of new features being iteratively developed as part of agile development methodology.
Attend system design reviews; technical interchange meetings; any other meetings as requested to support program and team
Troubleshoot integration logs & JSON messages as part of integration testing
Create and conduct REST & SOAP Web Service tests using SoapUI, REST API clients
Create and conduct Oracle database tests using SQL scripts
Ability to use Quality Center, ALM, Rational Team Concert for test case & execution management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be a team player working with a diverse group of team members

Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of Agile development methodology; computer skills including but not limited to: Windows OS, MS Office, Internet/Web based applications (IE, Firefox), Email; proven skill in writing test cases and validating features in parallel with development; experience testing web applications developed on multiple browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and operating systems; ability to analyze and resolve complex problems; use independent judgment and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
Human Services Transformation
Our Human Services Transformation team works to help transform how our Government and Public Services clients deliver their services to customers across a variety of channels such as walk-in, mail-in, call center, and self-service applications.
We deliver large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies at the federal, state, and local government level enabling us to collaborate with clients who serve those most in need. Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do more with less, and rethink the way they deliver services.
