The SuccessFactors Human Resource (HR) Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in SuccessFactors Compensation(both basic and variable pay). Additional experience in one or more of the following is essential... Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analytics. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors applications. The consultant should have previous consulting experience and will configure modules, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.

The role will be responsible for assisting clients in comparison of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) application solutions and SuccessFactors HR application solutions, while making recommendations as to the best-fit for the client’s needs. The consultant will be responsible for having knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap. A consultant in this area will also be responsible for understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs while involved in improving operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurement. They will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • SuccessFactors Compensation certification is required for this position.

  • Minimum of three to four (3-4) years' experience implementing SuccessFactors HCM and Compensation as a SuccessFactors Lead/Solution Architect.

  • Experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration

  • Experience re-engineering HR business processes

  • Experiencing developing functional business integration requirements

  • Experience with 3rd party integration providers

  • Extensive experience as a functional lead in Basic Compensation, Variable Compensation is must

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • SuccessFactors Compensation Certification

  • Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing.

  • Experience in assisting clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes
