Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Strategy and Analytics, Hybrid Solutions and Incubation in Austin, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Develop future of work crowdsourcing and freelancing offerings for the firm both internally and to take to market for clients. As a lead and point of contact, work with client and project teams to improve product and service offerings based on customer and client feedback. Work with the client to understand consumer needs using technology that allows client to easily obtain feedback from customers. Leverage the virtual market place to find and source consumers for crowdsourcing projects. Develop virtual focus group discussion guides that are used to facilitate crowdsourcing initiatives. Guide project teams in framing discussions during crowdsourcing initiatives. Oversee team members who build a report containing information gathered from crowdsourcing initiatives. Ensure data from report is transitioned to internal team and client so that client can implement key initiatives and take aways. Develop agile talent options for the firm. Identify and interview candidates who operate as freelancers, and onboard them as part of internal project teams. Act as a bridge between new hires and project team. Define and execute firm s freelancing strategy to avoid being disrupted by new talent models. Partner with companies in the crowdsourcing and freelancing marketplace to build product partnerships to use for firm and clients.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Economics, Engineering (any), or a related field.
Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.
Must have two years of experience with:
Working across all phases of the project delivery lifecycle, including sales, scoping, design, development, testing and implementation of product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;
Performing market assessments of crowdsourcing, open talent marketplaces, and vendors, and identifying best in class solutions to develop business relationships with these vendors to use their products to deliver strategic recommendations to clients through high-touch client engagements;
Collecting and transforming qualitative data by recognizing data input needs, composing market research requests and questionnaires, formatting and documenting client-ready data, and using crowdsourcing and/or market research technology platforms to program in requests, facilitate expert and consumer engagements to generate qualitative data outputs for analysis;
Designing analysis of product portfolio, existing marketing and brand identity and new market opportunities, to identify inefficiencies and inform strategic company improvements to benefit company performance;
Engaging and communicating with client and internal stakeholders by developing storyboards and presentations for workshops, delivering presentations and gathering business leaders needs during meeting sessions;
Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis through different crowdsourcing and open talent technology platforms for developing solutions for client challenges.
80% travel required.
