Technical Program Manager, OCI, GRC/Regulated Markets

Preferred Qualifications

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage and grow a team of analysts and program managerswho own the development and implementation processes and execution ofassurance reports and compliance activities within the Regulated Marketsteam of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our addingnew and complex compliance initiatives into our expanding internationalroadmap.

  • Implement strategy and guidance, in collaboration withgo-to-market organizations, for meeting our international commercial andpublic sector international customer needs and values, using combinationsof collateral, education, exiting programs and spawning newprograms.

  • Provide leadership and expertise in the development ofnew services and processes, frequently operating at the leading edge oftechnology.

  • Be a thought-leader for obtaining and maintaining trustwith our customers; a champion of what our customers value and how to meetthose values.

  • Own and manage reporting activities to executive levelmanagement and bringing decision-making and prioritization

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • 8 yearsprogram management experience

  • 8 yearsmanagerial experience

  • Fluency& extensive experience in IT/Cloud auditing and controls; operatingknowledge of NIST based compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and DoDCloud Computing SRG.

  • 7 years experience in driving compliance, governance,regulatory alignment within an IT or Technical Services industry.Cloud experience preferred.

  • Provenability to combine business acumen, technical acumen and process expertiseto define client (internal/external) engagement and program execution

  • Theability to work well with Program Managers and Executive Leaders toestablish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations andinsuring our services and processes meet our high operational excellencestandards

  • Demonstratedability to achieve results through cross-functional, virtual teams

  • Abilityto prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously;highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules

  • Strongbias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectivelywithin a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Superiorcommunication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation)

  • Displaya demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically

  • Maturity,judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadershipskills

  • Abilityto handle confidential information discreetly

  • BachelorDegree or equivalent

  • CISA,CISM, CISSP, CIPP desired

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
