Work you ll do
As aWorkforce Strategy & Solutions Senior Consultant, you will use your knowledge of and experience with HR strategy, capability, and service delivery to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client
Lead and manage teams or workstreams to contribute to the overall project success
Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development

At least 4 yearsof relevant experience
Demonstrated knowledge of workforce functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Strategy & Solutions, Workforce Capabilities, Talent Acquisition, and/or Workforce & Talent AnalyticsStrong critical thinking and technical skills
Strong attention to detail, time management and follow through
Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Willingness to80% (Monday Thursday/Friday)
Advanced degree in related specialization area
External consulting experience with a large organization
Experience managing small to mid-sized teams
Desire and eagerness to mentor and assist in the professional development of junior staff members
Exposure to business development in related specialty areas (i.e. proposal development, sales, etc.)
Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Capital work through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability to travel up to 100%
