This role would be part of a team trying to revolutionize our customer interaction. We will be utilizing industry leading technologies to develop a better experience for our customer support interactions. We are looking for full a SQL/ARMS Collections Developer who wants to work with fields like Develops the ARMS Support team’s portion of the SQL database’s packages and procedures.

Examples of projects:

  • She developed loads and packages in SQL server that met the Mobility team’s needs.

  • Developed the packages and jobs to create automatic bring-ups and letters for several portfolios to use ARMS for their collections.

  • Created a table-based system to allow a stream-line approach to adding the automated bring-ups without re-coding the procedures.

  • Provides support and enhancements required to processing packages throughout the year as requested by the centers.

  • Add updates to handles changes in portfolio collection procedures in the centers.

  • Changes and revisions requested for center collection reporting.

  • Performs data load runs daily for certain billing systems imported into the ARMS database.

  • 2+ years of professional end-to-end Technical Experience.

  • 1 year at least of Support Experience

  • Experience in Python

  • Support on Collections Centers, New Processes Trouble Shooting

  • SQL Development and Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering, or related discipline

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Full Bilingual (English & Spanish Speaker)

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills

  • Microsoft SQL Server development experience.

  • Microsoft Excel experience, some macro experience
