Position Title Quality Auditor

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the EAGLE Afghanistan contract for a
Quality Auditor. Assists in developing and presenting quality related training programs/presentations. Ensures applicability of current quality policies, procedures and objectives by keeping informed of the latest updates/modifications to the contract. Provides assistants to departments/section as they achieve and sustain ISO 9001 standards. Is a quality “champion” by promoting, teaching, and presenting quality as a means for product improvement and efficiency. Assists Quality Management personnel to develop a surveillance program that produces effective feedback to the various work sites within this contract. Assists the Quality Management staff in the application of statistical process controls. Conducts audits and performs other administrative duties as required within the Quality Office. Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent required
2-3 years' experience as a Quality Assurance Auditor
NACI / Tier 1 for US Citizens
ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Auditor required.
ISO 9001 Auditor Training Course Certification is required.
Must have knowledge of Quality Management Systems and initiatives required.
Must have excellent and effective presentation skills.
Must be able to influence without direct authority by building effective partnerships throughout the
Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Must possess basic statistical skills.
Must be able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.
Must have high-level organizational and planning skills.
Must have high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, with an emphasis in Excel.
Must be able to multi-task.
Valid driver’s license is required.
ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Auditor preferred.
Associates degree preferred.
