Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.
Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. 12 years applicable experience preferred. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic consultative services to senior HR executives in North America. We partner with clients to help them make the business case for change and refine HR strategies and processes in preparation for moving to the Oracle HCM Cloud. We also provide change management advice to create better user experiences and adoption during times of transformation.
Client support doesn t stop there! We stay with a client during implementation and post go live to provide ongoing ideas, customer connections and encouragement throughout the journey.
In addition to client work, this role also serves as a HCM evangelist by creating original thought leadership, articles and blogs about trends and best practices. There are also opportunities to deliver presentations at HR industry events and facilitate or be part of panels.
Develop relationships with key HR leaders in client or prospect organizations. .
Work with clients at the C-level, understanding their issues and business requirements, and laying out a road map of how to leverage Oracle's products and services.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers; share best practices; listen to concerns or challenges; help solve business problems.
Stay connected with customers to help them understand how they can benefit from innovation and new offerings; provide ongoing touch-points to make them feel valued and supported.
Connect customers to each other for learning and reference purposes.
Be part of many account teams at Oracle to influence our overall approach to a client s needs. Educate internal team members on HR topics to help everyone become more knowledgeable and serve the customer effectively.
Develop intellectual property and thought leadership; provide HCM subject matter expertise to enhance our marketing and messaging efforts.
Facilitate conversations and participate panels and industry events; stand and deliver HCM trends and best practices in front of small and large audiences.
15 years in HR
Broad and varied experience with multiple aspects of HR including Shared Services, HR Technology, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Recruiting, Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Analytics.
Former CHROs or who candidates who have reported directly to a CHRO.
Candidates who have participated in HCM cloud evaluations and implementations.
Experience speaking in large and high visibility forums.
Proven experience influencing senior executives; ability to present to C-Suite executives.
Experience working in a large, complex organization.
Excellent written, verbal and group facilitation skills.
BA/BS degree, at a minimum advanced degree preferred.
50% travel (United States and sometimes Canada).
