Business Unit Introduction:

Our Globally integrated IBM Cognitive Process Services team provides offshore, nearshore and onshore solutions to Client delivery service requirements across industries and geographies. With various streams under F&A (Finance and Administration) we excel in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash O2C) along with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Recruitment Process Outsourcing HR/learnings and Integrated Source to Pay Operations for our Clients.

Who you are:

You will be primarily responsible for the project service request management, delivery status reporting and financial forecasting, reporting and analysis. This position develops and makes the day to day PMA operations more efficient.

What you’ll do:

  • Being responsible for the Service Delivery of P2P processes in scope.

  • Proven end to end knowledge on invoice processing, vendor master management; query resolution, indexing, Invoice reconciliation and accounts reporting activities

  • Ensure SLAs met on timelines and Accuracy

  • Ensure proper financial treatment of team's transactions

  • Maintain Sound Internal Control Environment

  • Lead Special Projects and handle customer expectations

  • Ensure excellent feedback for the process

  • Systematically identify, analyze and tackle issues and problems to reach optimal solutions in a timely manner

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 6-8 Years of Experience in Finance and Accounts.

  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills

  • Advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint skills

  • Ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from data trends and comparisons.

  • Ability to work cross functionally, across finance, operations and matrixed structure.

  • Ability to Support efforts to identify ways to improve revenue and/or minimize costs through sound executions of project management processes

  • By using knowledge of process, dedicatedly identify areas of concern to the Project Management team

  • Perform assigned tasks within defined schedule and in accordance with established procedures and mentorship

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Ability to take care of highly personal, confidential information

  • Ability to understand and execute business controls
