What you’ll be doing...
Our Wireless Talent Acquisition Operations and Analytics team is charged with delivering processes and data insights that help in the recruitment of top talent. Through our work, we aim to make Verizon better, every day.
As our Senior Analyst – Talent Acquisition Operations and Reporting, you will utilize your skills to generate data-driven insights and uncover opportunities for staffing operational improvement. Through development, maintenance, and review of new and existing reporting, models, and statistical tests; And with the successful rollout of processes, tools and operational improvements, you will help drive acquisition of quality talent to evolve our business.
Driving change in staffing operations to ensure alignment with the needs of the business and ensure recruiting approach is efficient, legally compliant and fiscally responsible through the implementation of auditing and data integrity and security processes.
Designing, owning, delivering and implementing innovative and complex reporting and analysis solutions providing rich insights into staffing processes and results.
Developing strategic initiatives to impact the changing objectives of client groups.
Working closely with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement within the talent acquisition organization and developing clear direction on specific actions to drive results.
Sharing knowledge and insights from reporting, analysis, and tool rollouts with talent team and any other business partners.

What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Two or more years of experience with HR reporting systems such as Cognos and PeopleSoft.
Even better if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Economics/Econometrics, Computer Science, or Operations Research, or two or more years of equivalent demonstrable work experience with Human Resources or Staffing Data constructs.
Two or more years of experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting Talent or HR related data sets and developing data audit/delivery solutions.
Advanced MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint skills.
One or more years of experience in any of: SQL, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, JAVA, Python, R or other related tools.
One or more years of experience in any of: Tableau, Qlik Sense/View (or other visualization experience).
Experience developing solid engagements and partnerships with business partners to facilitate and accelerate the adoption of analytics in decision making.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment; Success with problem/issue identification and resolution and managing internal clients and stakeholders.
