CACI International Program Control Analyst in Beavercreek, Ohio
CACI is seeking a Program Control Analyst to provide financial planning and analysis to support multiple Seaport task orders in Washington DC. Use existing tools to track program expenditures against contract funding and maintain cost to complete (CTC) and estimate at completion (EAC) estimates and corporate forecast.
What you'll get to do:
Provide financial planning and analysis to support multiple Seaport tasks
Responsible for development of yearly financial plan and monthly rolling forecasts, as well as tracking progress towards targets
Develop and maintain forecast in CAPS (CACI Hyperion based forecasting software)
Ensure accurate estimates of CACI and subcontractor labor as well as other direct cost expenditures by participating in monthly financial reviews with program managers and project finance staff
Provide estimates of revenue and pre-tax profit impacts for potential risk and upsides to current forecast
Complete month end close analysis review of revenue, expenses and client invoice
Research and analyze variances and items impacting financial performance and profitability
Support set up and documentation of internal and client project kick off meetings
Ensure Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) supports invoicing and reporting requirements
Set up new project charge strings and PLCs in CDM (CACI database) and authorize employees against project strings and PLCs
Use existing excel tools to track program expenditures against contract funding and maintain cost to complete (CTC) and estimate at completion (EAC) estimates
Initiate and track material and subk execution in CACI’s procurement database (P2P)
Review and approve subk and vendor invoices in P2P
Compile financial information and records for the execution and tracking of monthly program reviews (PMRs), subk accruals, Risk Level Assessments (RLA), Inter-Segment Work Authorizations (ISWA), Accounts Receivable (AR) actions and procurement requisitions
Collaborate with pricing, contracts, procurement, and accounting departments to ensure compliance is maintained for all contracts
Prepare various weekly/monthly status reports for project managers and upper management
Respond to routine and specific financial data calls
Act as liaison with other CACI departments and outside agencies.
You'll bring these qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance or related field
5-7 years of related experience in financial planning and analysis
Prior financial management and reporting for small to medium developmental DoD or Federal programs
Experience leading and participating in financial meetings/discussions
Experience directing and implementing financial plans and presenting formal project status/plan briefings to managers
Experience calculating revenue and pre-tax profit for federal government contract types (Cost Plus, T&M, Fixed Price, etc.)
Experience (expert) utilizing MS Excel (particularly lookup formulas and pivot tables
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with a sustained high level of attention to detail
Strong time management, interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Experience with Oracle Hyperion, ESSBase and SmartView for Excel
Excellent skills in MS Excel managing a daily spend plan, updating estimates to complete and working in a program office with multiple funding actions
