How will you make an impact?
The Client Service Project Manager I resides on Bioproduction's Program Management Office (PMO) for the Purification and Pharma Analytics business units and is responsible for supporting POROS Chromatography Resins, Capture Select Affinity Resins, and Fisher Scientific analytical testing products. The position is a customer facing role supporting sales and operations with executing make-to-order inquiries, orders, and services with a primary focus on relationship building and delivering a seamless customer experience.
What will you do?
Work closely with customers and Account Managers to accurately capture requirements and secure business.
Serve as the customer advocate throughout internal processes. Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues and risks jeopardizing customer commitments. Communicate action plans and resolution to customer in a timely manner.
Meet Bioproduction business objectives around On-Time In-Full delivery, Customer Allegiance scores, and revenue targets.
How will you get here?
Requires BS/BA (Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, and Engineering), or High School diploma with five years of biotechnology experience.
Strong excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, data analysis, conditional formatting etc.
Strong customer facing in a biotechnology setting
Successful candidate will have strong skills in the following areas: written and verbal communications, interpersonal cross functional team-based interaction, organizational and detail orientation, analytical, planning, and problem solving.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Run reports, analyze data, develop presentations, and lead customer conference calls.
Ensure Service Level Agreements and requested delivery dates are met.
Work with interfacing functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer quotes and orders (Product Management, Planning, Pricing, Instruments, Customer Care, and Distribution, team members).
