Job Description

Cintas is seeking for an Apparel Product Manager to work with the customer to best understand and translate their expectations and needs into product solutions and a client specific business plan. This position will be responsible for working with a cross functional team to drive overall product and solution innovation from ideation through commercialization for current and new customers. Responsibilities include analyzing current product offerings to market and customer progression; contributing to product strategy, product development and marketing for current and new customers; ensuring quality of new product offerings; manage new product offering process to ensure appropriate communication and acceptable inventory, margin and profitability are maintained; building and maintaining a network for consistent product feedback across all relevant markets, and; collaboration with internal teams to ensure optimal range of product offering.



  • Previous product innovation experience

  • Previous experience presenting to individuals and groups

  • Previous experience working with a cross functional team

  • Previous apparel line management experience

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook /Corporate E-mail system, Internet/Intranet

  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of apparel construction, fabrication and technologies


High School Diploma/GED (+11 years)
