The F&B sales manager needs to complywithHilton Worldwide & HiltonBeijing Capital Airportpolicies and procedures; To increase F and B outlet revenueand optimize F and B database loyalty program.
- Establishes and maintains files on major active guest accounts within his/her market areas.
- To meet and welcome some top key accounts and VIP guests and sevice VIP guest;Performs related duties and special projects as assigned;Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain a good working relationship with corporate accounts as well as the different consulate offices in order to increase the outlet revenue.
- Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market area.
Identifying, communicating and actioning potential sales leads.
Complete the Weekly and Monthly sales reports.
- Business forecast on his/her territory.
- Good communication skills, result driven, can work under high pressure and is enthusiastic and a Team Player who can communicate on different levels.
- With strong teamwork spirit.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Manages and develops effective relationships with current clients as well as acquisition of new accounts.
