Join us and be part of a diverse and global team of thinkers and doers, and make an impact.As the Learning Partner for Greater China Labs, you will be responsible to collaboratively drive the end-to-end Learning & Skills Development process and stakeholder engagement for the Labs Business Unit. In addition you will collaborate closely on cross GCG projects contributing the the growth of IBM in the GCG market. As such, a good understanding of the BU offerings and the ability to co-create with other Learning professionals will be critical. You will run purposely established projects and initiatives to accelerate the adoption of digital, blended and F2F learning offerings and Skills Accelerators initiatives across all business units. The role oversees all aspects of the learning and development employee lifecycle to execute education and enablement for all IBMers, driving consistency and aiming for world class business outcome and employee experience (and Business Partners and Clients when needed).You should have a proven track record in driving learning/enablement and skills development projects in global organizations and combining solid client relationship experience, strategic thinking and operational excellence. As an ideal candidate, you will be someone who has leadership roles in global learning teams, running digital platforms and/or has held leadership positions in cloud sales, consulting, marketing or sales end-to-end learning business cycle. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 6+ years’ experience in progressive leadership & talent development/learning roles

  • The ability to work with senior IBM leadership and become a Trusted Business Advisor to them in the Talent and Learning space

  • Strong critical and strategic thinking capabilities nurtured in a multicultural environment

  • World class experience on L&D/Skills Development roles

  • An analytical professional with strong interpersonal skills, a consultative approach and demonstrated influencing skills

  • Proven leadership skills and strong intellectual curiosity

  • An innovator, with the ability to challenge the status quo and assess new options and solutions

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, organization and teaming skills

  • Accredited experience on the domains of Design Thinking and Agile

  • Comfortable working across a matrix team and influencing without formal reporting lines
