Provide support to global Oracle Sales Engineering who are preparing or delivering demos to Customers. This would involve taking calls on the hotline as well as monitoring and troubleshoot tickets.
Providing first line support for Oracle Application and Technology products.
Review the knowledge base to identify technical and functional solutions to resolve complex issues.
Working with different stakeholders to understand and improve processes and implement automation.
Prepare, provision and deprovision environments for Customer demos.
Provide specialization on agreed Oracle products, for troubleshooting purposes.
Participate in advisory calls with Sales Consultants and Global Support team members.
Participate in and identify key issues during demo release testing.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the Demo Engineering team to help improve the quality of the demo content.

Qualifications / Skills:
University degree in either Engineering, Maths, Economics, Computer Science or comparable
English Advanced proficiency and fluency (including writing) are mandatory
Knowledge of Oracle products (e.g. Fusion) is desirable
Previous experience of working in a Support role
Analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
