IBM Senior IT Specialist - System Z in BEIJING, China

Job Description

IBM Z senior IT Specialist is required to support IBM Z pre-sales technical requests, such as IBM Z PoC and benchmarks, technical demonstration and introduction to customers, technical workshop and residency for BP and customers etc.

This position will more focus on z/OS, security related project engagement and support. So candidate should have at least 8+ year’s working experience of IBM Z, z/OS and related service. Candidate should have deep knowledge of IBM Z hardware, z/OS, security related solution and hands-on experience etc, fluent English and good communication skill, and have passion to do technical related work.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Knowledge in following areas:

  • IBM Z HW, z/OS (DFSMS, RACF, SDSF, ICSF etc)

  • Familiar with 1-2 IBM Z major software (CICS, DB2, TWS, MQ etc)

  • Security related industry knowledge and IBM Z security related solution knowledge (GDPR, Crypto card, TKE, zSecure etc)

Experience of IBM Z account project engagement, or service implementation

Good command of Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)

Good communication skills

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Knowledge in following areas:
