Collaborates across the executive ranks to ensure that Oracle globally is aligned to a consistent talent strategy. Specifically ensures that talent advisory is in line with business strategies and plans across lines of business, corporate functions and geography. Specifically focused on VP, SVP, EVP level assignments.

As an Oracle Executive Leadership Recruiter you will engage passive candidates to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each search; use creativity and persuasion to find candidates and engage all desirable prospects. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process effectively and efficiently, including search strategy, candidate identification, recruiting, qualifying, evaluation, offer facilitation and closing. Manage candidates through process, typically 3-9 month timeline. Lead salary negotiations, working with hiring executive, candidate, HR business partner, and regional compensation. Manage closing process to ensure a successful outcome, acting as liaison with internal business partners including but not limited to HRBP, legal, mobility, tax, compensation and compliance. Ensure the highest level of client and candidate experience. Exercise the utmost discretion regarding all executive recruiting matters.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Minimum 15 years of executive search experience with a successful track record of sourcing, engaging and closing passive candidates at the VP to C-level. Excels at stakeholder management by cultivating internal and external networks by building professional networks on behalf of Oracle. Able to provide recommendations and insights to business leaders on talent and market trends. Organizationally savvy and able to work xLOB in order to drive results and consensus. Partner level experience within a top-tier retained search firm; with 100 placements at VP to C-level. Strong negotiation skills and understanding of executive compensation plans. Highly persuasive and able to clearly articulate business value and strategy, with excellent written and verbal communication. Highly discerning decision making skills. Specifically able to problem solve in highly ambiguous situations with limited direction by taking personal accountability. Attention to detail and reliable follow up with internal recruiting matters, candidates, and clients. BA/BS degree preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with senior executives to understand their businesses as well as recruiting requirements; partner with these executives to fulfill critical leadership positions. Over time, prepare 'Recruiting ahead-of-Need' plan.

  • Exercise the utmost discretion regarding all executive recruiting matters.

  • Engage passive candidates to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each opening; use creativity and persuasion to find candidates and engage all desirable prospects.

  • Fully evaluate candidates against requirements and preferences, prepare candidate profile summaries, and manage candidates through process; guide hiring executives (clients ) as needed in evaluation cycle, references, salary negotiation, and closing process to ensure a successful outcome.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process effectively and efficiently; maintain the highest level of client and candidate satisfaction; provide strong hiring process operations and reporting of requisition and candidate activity.



PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree

  • 15 years targeted recruiting experience with established success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates

  • Retained search firm experience strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated creativity in sourcing for even the most difficult positions

  • Ability to establish credibility with senior executives

  • An established network of senior technology executives in the region.

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Attention to detail and reliable follow up with internal recruiting matters, candidates, and clients
