Preferred Qualifications

Telecom

Management (TM) team, which is part of Global IT, has a global scope ensuring

day to day operational Telecom services tasks handled in a timely and efficient

manner. TM team is responsible for Order Provisioning, Cessation,

Inventory, Invoice Audit & Authorize to pay, Spend & Forecast

Management

TM

team is seeking a Telecom Analyst who will support Telecom Operations. This

individual must be well-versed in Telecom Fixed/Wireline services, self-driven

and motivated to successfully manage multiple priorities and excel in the fast-paced

operational environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate

with Telecom carriers to manage orders for Telecom fixed order provisioning,

change orders, and cessations.

Work

with Voice/Network Engineers and, Project Managers in implementation of new

services and upgrade.

Work

with Procurement and IT teams on Telecom service RFPs, cost comparisons and savings

analysis.

Conduct

monthly operations review with carriers and Telecom Expense management (TEM) vendor.

Work

with Oracle’s Telecom carriers in ensuring all Oracle’s Wireline inventory is

complete, accurate and billing correctly. This would also include working with

3 rd party TEM vendor.

Work

with Global IT, LOB to manage Asset Inventory database

Set

up new billing accounts in TEM system for payment.

Act

as escalation point of contact for TEM partner to have Carriers / Oracle AP to

resolve billing and payment issues.

Manage

TEM partner to review and audit Telecom carrier invoices, including simple and

complex voice and data services,

Ensure

invoices are billed accurately for services at contracted rates and proactively

address all discrepancies in a timely manner and maintain documentations.

Require

working experience in complex Telecom order provisioning with major carriers, and strategic

TEM.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. Prefer 5 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.
