Oracle is seeking an experienced leader to help drive enablement strategy, programs, and execution for Oracle Hospitality Cloud Initiatives. This role and team will be crucial in driving continuous innovation and improvement initiatives for our Hospitality Cloud Service Portfolio. Ideal candidate will bring experience from product development, service development, production operations, product/service management & program management disciplines.
_Strategic Program Management_Lead a small team of highly functional technical program & project managers dedicated to driving cross-organizational strategic initiative programs that support & enable deliverables of peer development & operations teams.
_Operational Excellence & Efficiencies_Participate in strategy for design, development and management of internal tools, practices and processes needed for innovation & quality in development, service delivery and sustaining operations. Introduce new tools, practices and technical solutions for enabling teams in delivering and reporting against these objectives.
_Quality_- Responsible for initiating and managing programs that support continuous improvement strategies for quality products and services across the service delivery profile.
_Compliance_Monitor ongoing requirements related to security and compliance. Initiate proactive discussions & plans with development and operations partners to maintain compliance. Provide program management assistance as needed.
