Job Description


Act as liaison between the client and Patheon’s internal Pharmaceutical Development Services organization to ensure that all needs are met concerning both project budgets and timelines.

Manage small to medium-sized projects.

Resolve project issues and resource constraints.

Make recommendations on drug development and regulatory guidelines to client involving experts.

Plan, monitor, and ensure completion of all project activities and manage financial commitments outlined in project quote.


Master’s degree in Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field plus 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical manufacturing, analytical chemistry, drug development or related experience. Employer also accepts a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience as an equivalent alternative.

Must have experience or knowledge of:

Project management software (e.g. Changepoint, SAP, Zoho or similar system);

MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;

Teleconferencing platforms (e.g. Cisco, CenturyLink/Level3, GoToMeeting or similar system);

Regulatory Knowledge (FDA/EMA);

Drug formulation development and manufacturing processes;

ICH Stability;

Organic or Medicinal or Analytical Chemistry or Pharmacology; and

Shipping Logistics and Regulation.
