  • Allows fully automatedcompensation process from collecting the transaction, calculating thecommission, and to making the payment.

  • A robust Calculation Engine,which can handle a high volume of data and it calculates commissionaccurately. Avoiding any disputes.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the

product development team you will have an active role in development and

evolution of standard practices and design guidelines. You will be required to

work on complex PL/SQL code and will be expected to understand execution plans

and AWRs to tune SQL and PL/SQL components for performance and scalability.

Should be able to

own technical debts for the product from PL/SQL component perspective and

refactor the components accordingly.

You will also be

expected to understand scalability needs and work with the Product management

to incorporate the same in the design and implementation of features in the

product.

Also the expectation

would be to produce design artifacts and guide the team. Will be expected to

contribute as an individual contributor and as a team member, providing

direction and mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Skills and Background:

Must have skills:

  • Creative, Team-player, QuickLearner, and Driven to produce results.

  • B.E / M.E / B.Tech in CS orequivalent or MCA from reputed universities with consistently goodacademic record with 7 years of experience in PL/SQL and SQL

  • Strong experience ofdesigning, developing and deploying applications

  • Strong in Oracle databaseconcepts, SQL and PL/SQL programming.

  • Hands on experience inperformance tuning is a must

  • Experience on Relational datamodeling

  • Strong debugging skills

  • Experience with UNIX andWindows Server platform.

  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.

Nice to have skills:

  • Good understanding ofApplication Software would be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Java, J2EE,experience is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge in ApplicationDevelopment Framework (ADF) and related Oracle stack is a plus.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
