The successful Oracle Customer Success Specialist candidate will need to
clearly demonstrate his/her ability to quickly learn and understand new
software and technology and meet the following criteria:
Ownoverall relationship with assigned clients, which includes: Increasingadoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction of the Oracle Cloud productand services
Establisha trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client anddrive continued value of our products and services.
Develop,prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
Workwith clients to establish critical goals, or other key performanceindicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
Workto identify and/or develop 'upsell' opportunities or resell value of cloudservices;
Advocatecustomer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
Projectmanagement as needed
Priorexperience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasingcustomer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
Provenability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
Familiarityworking with clients of all sizes.
Impeccablewritten and verbal communication skills.
Detailoriented and analytical.
Strongteam player but still a self-starter.
Thrivesin a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
Knowledgeablein Cloud technologies, either Oracle or competitive cloud products andservices
Capableof driving customer consumption of cloud credits and act in a trustedadvisor capacity assisting customers to successfully utilize the Oraclecloud from a post- sales perspective
Performonboarding activities and project management activities, as needed
3-5years of relevant experience.
Experiencewith Oracle or competitive cloud platforms.
Priorexperience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plus.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.
Work with a higher volume of smaller, less complex clients to develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 3 to 5 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Industry experience is desired.
