successful experts with the Oracle’s products.
University Curriculum and Certification Product Development team is part
of Oracle University and is looking for a Senior Manager Curriculum and
Certification to manage a team of certification and curriculum
developers, certification operations program and product managers, media
and production services individuals.
The team will develop and
maintain Oracle certification exams, and learning products both digital
and in-class and associated certification exams.
Manager Curriculum and Certification Development will work closely with
Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance, Oracle University
Program Managers, Delivery, Marketing and Sales to identify and define

job location is in Bengaluru, India. Candidates must be comfortable

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Workacross Oracle to gather requirements and constraints of different teamsto incorporate and drive consensus in a common strategy and solution
Partnerwith the Oracle University Product Management, Marketing and Deliveryteams to uncover customer insights and drive a compelling learning &certification products
Executewith Engineering product development, engineering product management,Support and other internal teams to define and deliver learningsolutions that address true business needs.
Help define requirements and drive changes in certification and curriculum operations and processes
7 years of managerial or related experience, including at least 5
years as Manager, plus experience managing strategic initiatives.
Shows track record of competent management skills.
Possesses curriculum development or relevant experience.
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
BE/MCA with 12 years of experience

Expertise in Oracle Database, Java, Linux and Oracle technologies and products
Experience in People/Performance Management
Strong Project Management Skills with the ability to plan, monitor and track projects to completion
Excellent People Skills - Ability to network and work in a virtual environment
Work experience in technical education, Curriculum Development, Training & Certification
Experience in Instructional design
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Develops courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.
Develop policies and guidelines for the creation and delivery of classes by working with the curriculum development, instructional, and internal/external audience communities. Identify and implement instructional methods and technologies that add value to classes. Coordinate virtual classroom strategy and operations with global counterparts. Train instructors and curriculum developers to use virtual classroom and conferencing applications.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Solid project management skills. Background in distance learning methods and technology. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. BA/BS
