  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations

  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :

  • Key Responsibilities : - ITSM Reporting -Pull reports from ServiceNow on a scheduled and requested basis -Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports -Create business reports that provide insight into key data points -Examine data reports to locate and resolve any mistakes -Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form -Evaluate the automated reports and dashboards and provide recommendations for future improvements Prepare ad hoc Reports as requested Values-Based

  • Technical Experience : -Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint -Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Reporting and -Dashboards specifically and Tableau -Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to build good working relationship internal and external Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers -Ability to take initiative and work independently -Good English skill both in reading and writing -Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports

  • Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision

  • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certified
