Strong experience on Java programing and IDEs - JDeveloper/NetBeans/Eclipse
Experience of writing efficient and optimize code and understanding of performance tuning techniques
Experience in J2EE, JSF, XML development, Groovy Scripting, Oracle ADF 11g, Oracle ADF Mobile, Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Web Center Portal/Content 11g
Experience in building/consuming web services standards and technology including WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML-Schema, SOA suite 11g, Oracle Service Bus (OSB 11g), Business Process Management (BPM 11g)
In-depth understanding of Cloud technologies (PaaS-JCS, JCS-SX, ICS, SOA, PCS) and Integration strategies(Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to Ground) and Extensibility strategies is added advantage
Experience (In-Depth Understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow) in either Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS AU (Finance, HCM or Supply chain) is added advantage
Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal, mandatory.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.

Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.
As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.
1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
