Position is Monday through Friday, 3:30p-12a
Performs a variety of tasks in the operation and maintenance of water distribution and wastewater collection system facilities.
Operates a truck and sees that it is kept properly equipped with tools, parts and construction supplies and kept neat and orderly at all times.
Delivers crews to assigned job sites, direct crews in job layout, safety and work to be performed.
Installs, maintains and repairs mains, services, valves and hydrants.
Investigates complaints of riled water, low pressures and similar consumer complaints.
Locates water lines and other utilities and services.
Performs other normal duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge / Skills
Working knowledge of the distribution system and ability to read location maps and valve indexes, make sketches and reports as necessary and required.
Working knowledge of distribution/collection systems is preferred.

Experience / Education
High School Diploma/GED
Valid Driver's license required.
