Hasbro Oyuncak Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS (Hasbro Turkey) is Hasbro's distributor for the Turkish Market. We are currently recruiting for this position, based in Istanbul.
We are currently seeking an Account Executive to be responsible for sales of Specialist Channel. The candidate will be part of a team dedicated to managing our multiple high profile customers .The successful candidate must possess persuasion, influence and negotiation skills to drive sales and accomplish goals, which support Hasbro’s strategic business plan. The qualified candidate must be passionate about driving sales. Success in this role will provide future career growth opportunities in sales roles within Hasbro. We need a fast learner who is focused on achieving results as part of a team.
Main Purpose of Role:
- Secure Hasbro business and growth in the given key customers throughout the year in line with company core strategy- Responsible for implementing retail sales strategies with the objective to strengthen the Hasbro brands positioning in the market.Performance Indicators
Build and develop business relationship with the key customers based on:- Turnover (Value and Volume), market share.- Distribution / channel assortment / customer listing target.- Customer plan, forecast accuracy.
Job DescriptionSupport Business Account Manager in developing channel/customer plans;
Develop business plans for accounts based to the needs of the customer
Responsible for forecasting and delivering sales goals
Handle all aspects related to accounts base, such as sales planning, forecasting, ordering, presenting, and in some cases account support.- Closely interact and drive programs with Brand Teams,Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Customer Service and Sales Administration.
Manage customers information flow on sales, stocks, payments.- Responsible for new products launch / listing- Identify new opportunities for the brand @POP activities.- Responsible for the implementation of the consumer promotional campaigns.- Frequent visits in the field to check/ implement the in-store executions of the Hasbro products, promotions and report competitor’s activities
Skills/Experience/ Qualification Requirements:
University graduate and fluency in English- 2 to 4 years sales experience in Turkish retail industry, FMCG experience is a plus- Learning agility, Team-orientation, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Interest in developing a professional sales career- Strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
Proven negotiating skills and must be results driven- Strong analytical skills - able to analyze data and recommend next steps- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal- Must excellent presentation skills and ability to persuade- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence- Able to work effectively in a team environment- Must have valid driver’s license-Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and web-based
