Position Title eProcurement Manager
United Kingdom - West Midlands
AECOM are looking to recruit an eProcurement Manager who will work closely with the Managing Director of Procurement across EMIA to manage, adapt and implement (as necessary) eProcurement platforms across the Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMIA) region. Provide support to the wider EMIA team as well IT and Corporate groups and assist with ensuring that the business is fully supported from an operational Procurement perspective.
Stakeholder Management – must be able to take instructions from, work alongside and exert influence onto the stakeholder community.
Form successful partnerships with stakeholders and supply chain to build confidence and maximise efficiency, added value and synergies
Ensures all contracts adhere to a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model
Ensures all recommendation include key financial metrics
Where appropriate must be able to identify process/system improvements and proactively implement solutions
To be successful in this role we would like to hear from candidates with the following;
Experience in Procurement category methodology
Experience in eProcurement platforms as well as Supplier Management Systems
Strong knowledge of eProcurement platforms – Coupa, Oracle, Ariba or similar
Successful management of eProcurement implementation
Strong team player and ability to integrate with Global Procurement Solutions group
Procurement projects to be implemented successfully within the agreed timeframes and to stakeholder satisfaction
Must have knowledge of P2P systems and eProcurement platforms
