Develops courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.
Coordinate and evaluate development contributions from other courseware development team members. Develop certification questions for use in the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) exams. Solicit and incorporate feedback from reviews and training events. Deliver training at train-the-trainer and pilot events.

Bachelor*s Degree in Computer Science or Instructional Design. Four years adult education experience (as teacher or curriculum developer). Ten years technical or professional experience using Oracle products or related software. Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge and experience. Knowledge of XML, Java, and J2EE technologies. Experience with Oracle9i Database administration. Knowledge of Oracle9i Application server.

Principal/Sr. Principal Supply Chain Cloud Solutions Specialist
Oracle Cloud University (OCU) is a P&L business that educates customers, partners and employees on all of Oracle cloud services including all of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS. The team offers training via digital subscriptions featuring over 4000 hours of cloud content built on a modern platform that offers knowledge checks, skill paths, gamification and live analytics on learner progress. The organization also teaches over 500 live cloud classes a year featuring cloud content and hands on labs to practice on live cloud environments.
This role is to join the SaaS Content team to design and create innovative learning content for Supply Chain (SCM) Cloud to drive customer success through training. Content can be created by job role (end user, administrator, power user, implementer), by use case and by other categories including best practices, tips & tricks etc. The goal is to complement existing content with practical real world content that will need to be updated/maintained as the product evolves. The role also involves designing learning paths for customers to easily consume the content and to create both free and paid learning options to attract learners to our content and to then help monetize their interest with more expert level content. Content can also be created in collaboration with other groups including Consulting, Product Development and partners by leveraging their expertise. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked with customers to implement Supply Chain (SCM) cloud offerings and has a good understanding of how customers configure and use our products today.
This position is a key role to drive the evolution of OCU s SCM Cloud offerings and to create a key differentiator for our training offerings. Going to the cloud is key for Oracle and having educated customers on the cloud ensures everyone s success. In this role, you will have a chance to work with multiple groups in the company including Product Development, Alliances, Consulting, Support, Customer Success teams etc. in a global capacity.
Key activities will include:
Defining and creating SCM Cloud learning content that is of practical use for customers including use cases, role based content, best practices.
Influence existing content creation and evolve it to keep pace with the technology and user needs.
Work with customers, consulting and partners to understand implementation methodologies to align curriculum to support that.
Work with consulting and other customer facing organizations to design the best set of value added content
Create content based on use cases to clearly articulate and demonstrate practical approaches to implementing, integrating or extending SCM Cloud
Work with support to identify hot topical areas where customers need education and create content to bridge the learning gap
. This is a key position and will have exposure to all key initiatives and strategies. This position will also get broad exposure to all of Oracle and work in a worldwide capacity. It is a unique opportunity to work within a business unit at Oracle and get P&L visibility while innovating the next generation model for cloud.
10 years experience working in IT with a recent emphasis on Cloud.
Implementation experience with Oracle SCM cloud products.
Ability to network and maintain multiple relationships across Oracle
